Would The 49ers Made It A Closer Super Bowl Game?

Now that the Super Bowl is over we. An reflect on many different things.  Yes, the Seattle Seahawks are the best right now in the NFL and there is no doubt in that thinking at all. They dismantled the Broncos with ease. The real question is should we change the format in choosing the best in the NFL.

The San Francisco 49ers without a doubt are the second best team in the NFL. They also got a win against Seattle and maybe should have been playing for the championships. One thing they need to change is AFC vs NFC. Right now the two best teams in the NFL are in the NFC. Having Seattle play San Francisco in the Super Bowl would have been a much better game. Maybe the NFL should consider adopting this change.

Derrick Brooks Gets Into The Hall Of Fame

Out of all the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Derrick Brooks was one guy who never complained and did his job season after season. It's no wonder he made it on his first try on the ballot. Brooks combined great speed with the ability to make plays when it counted.

Brooks played on a great defense that won a Super Bowl and he was a big reason they won. Brooks will be remembered as a classy guy who put team first.  Off the field he was just as classy doing many good things in his community.  Derrick Brooks was a great choice for the Pro Football Hall Of Fame.

Live Streaming Events From ESPN Can't Be Missed

Have you been able to check out the X-Games yet? If you haven't you are missing out. ESPN has some great recorded coverage on this event for you to check out. What makes the the X-Games so special for most is the athletes and how they decide to tackle their particular event. For most they maybe not household names, but that does not mean you aren't going to see some real excitement.

Interaction is one of the best things about this event. Many people do not realize that some athletes now do skype calls, and interact with their fans. That is the beauty of the X-Games. Names like Tom Wallisch and Sage Kotesenburg love the interaction with their fans and even casual observers. This is one of the many reasons that the X-Games continue to grow as a sport. ESPN's coverage does not hurt as they have been a great supporter of the X-Games. Growth of this event amazes me as it gets bigger every year. People have realized that the X-Games are much more then a fad anymore.

If you love live streaming events from ESPN the X-Games is something you must check out. The X-Games are a grand event that will continue to grow as more and more people enjoy the competition. No matter what event is your favorite make sure you catch the X-Games on ESPN.

Richard Sherman Made A Good Play End Of Story

Many people did not like the interview and some of the comments Richard Sherman made after the NFC Championship game against the 49ers. Yes, some of the comments went overboard, but the bottom line is he made a great play that help win the game. The key word is help win the gme. People are hard on him as he put himself before the team and you cannot do that.

Sherman is a very good player and should probably have used better words on this occassion. Mistakes happen and he made one and issued an apology for it. Hopefully next time we talk about Richard Sherman its about another great play and not a rant afterwards. I am sure that is what he would want as well.

Buccaneers And Lions Looking For New Coaches

Tampa Bay and Detroit thought 2013 would be a season of promised, but for both head coaches that was not the case. Both teams let go of there head coaches on Black Monday in the NFL. Greg Schiano made alot of enemies in Tampa Bay and it was no real surprise that he got the boot in Tampa. Many players did not like him, so it really was a no-brainer.

Detroit on the other hand never reach the expectationbs they had for the upcoming season. Many people thought they would win there division, but instead struggled all year long. Jim Schwartz was expected to do great things in 2013, but it never came together for him. Both teams now will start there search for a new head coach.

Cowboys Miss Playoffs Again Not Romo's Fault This Time

For the last few years everyone wanted to jump on Tony Romo for failing to get the Cowboys to the playoffs. This season the Cowboys again had a chance at the playoffs only to see a late interception end there chances for the post-season. Kyle Orton played in place of Tony Romo who had back surgery and was unable to play for the Cowboys.

Kyle Orton did not play bad, but the interception killed him at the end. You cannot put this all on Orton as he did not have a hand in the other Cowboy losses. The bottom line is the Dallas Cowboys should have never been in this position in the first place. If they would have take care of business like they should they would have already clinched a playoff berth.

Many questions now surround the Dallas Cowboys and there coach Jason Garrett. Will Garrett be back as Cowboys coach. It's hard to say as you never know with Jerry Jones. Either way something must change as the Dallas Cowboys cannot continue to miss the playoffs.

Mike Shanahan And Leslie Frazier Given The Boot As Coaches

You knew that Black Monday was coming after some of the teams struggle all season long. The Washington Redskins said goodbye to Mike Shanahan after a 3-13 season and the Minnesota Vikings said goodbye to Leslie Frazier as well. Both coaches struggled to get there teams to play well this season. Minnesota and Washington along with Cleveland are looking for new coaches.

There could be a few other teams that fire there coaches as well. I think Tampa Bay and Jacksonville could be two teams that may pull the trigger. Both of these teams struggled this season as well. No matter what happens we will see some new faces in new places this upcoming NFL season. Winning is what you must do and when it does not happen usually the coach must go.

We Will See If Baker Mayfield Was Worth The Money This Sunday Against Atlanta

This past Monday Night was very costly for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they lost both wideouts Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. Evans should be...
