The Milwaukee Brewers had the best home record in baseball, but it did not matter. The facts are when you boot the baseball around you get beat. That is exactly what happen to the Milwaukee Brewers who got crushed at home 12-6 and watch the St. Louis Cardinals celebrate on their field. Milwaukee really has no one to blame but themselves. All season long they struggle completing the simple plays and that was their downfall in this series as well.
Give the St. Louis Cardinals a lot of credit though as they earned this series as much as the Brewers gave it away. The Cardinals have come a long way to get where they are right now and deserve a chance to win a World Series title. They went through the Phillies and Brewers to get to the World Series. That was no easy task, but they were able to do it and should be commended on getting the job done.

Can Romo And The Cowboys Derail The Patriots?
Tony Romo has not had the kind of season he expected, but that can change with a win over the New England Patriots. A loss here is something the Cowboys really cannot afford right now. After letting the Detroit Lions roar back after they had a big lead is something Cowboy fans do not like one bit. For Romo he has melted down in the fourth quarter of games and he cannot let that happen against the Patriots.
The Patriots will come with a lot of pressure and Romo better be ready for it. Can the Cowboys beat the Patriots? They can if Tony Romo has better ball security and makes smart decisions. If he does not it could be another long day for Romo and Dallas Cowboy fans everywhere. This is a game that could turn the Cowboys season one way or another. it's all in Tony Romo's hands and what he does could determine the Cowboys fate rest of the season.

Matt Kenseth Takes Checkered Flag In Charlotte
Matt Kenseth wins at Charlotte Raceway and Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards took second and third place. Jimmie Johnson was involved in a wreck and hurt his chance to win another Nascar Championship. Johnson now stands 35 points off the lead and will have to make up a lot of ground if he hopes to win another Nascar Championship.

Nyjer Morgan Brewers Loud Spark Plug
When the Milwaukee brewers traded for Nyjer Morgan they knew they were not getting any choir boy. They were getting a guy who could play baseball, but sometimes his antics overshadowed his talent on the field. Morgan has been a little tamer this season, but not much. He still talks a lot and plays baseball very well though. He also has been a main reason the Milwaukee Brewers are one step away from the World Series.
Last night Morgan had a critical double, but was quiet and really did not have much to say after the game. Even though the Brewers won the game Morgan not talking is something that does not happen often. He usually loves to be in front of the camera talking. It was a departure from the Tony Plush Nyjer Morgan Brewers fans have come to know. No matter what Morgan has been a loud spark plug that the Brewers have needed this season and his contribution has been huge during the 2011 run into the playoffs.
